    The time required depends on your individual goals, but on average, it's around 3 - 7 hours per week.
  • When is the best time to apply?
    Ideally, as soon as possible. Spots are limited to maintain high quality. If no spot is currently open, you´ll be notified and placed on a waitlist.
  • Can I integrate traininig into my busy schedule?
    Yes training plans are tailored to fit your schedule and goals.
  • Do I need extra training equipment for training?
    This depends on the plan, but many exercises can be done withouth equipment.
  • Is the training suitable for beginners?
    Absolutely! The exercises and training plan are customized to your current fitness level.
  • How does the communication through the app work?
    The app allows regular feedback, progress reports, and direct communication with your trainer.
